Our name comes from the 36th chapter of Ezekiel. There, God gave prophetic promises about the restoration of both the people and land of Israel. These promises reveal God’s compassion. We believe they are applicable to the Mahoning Valley if we will trust and follow God on his terms, not ours.

EVERETT WHITESIDE FOUNDER Having served in pastoral ministry for over 35 years, Everett is a widely respected leader, teacher, and “connector” of people in the Body of Christ. He desires to see the church strengthened and built together through kingdom-focused endeavors. He and his wife, Cassandra, have been married for over 30 years and are the proud parents of three adult children. |
JEFF SWOGGER CO-FOUNDER Jeff serves in business and pastoral leadership in the Mahoning and Shenango Valley region. In the 1990s, God used him as a leader in a miraculous employee buyout and recovery of a local steel mill. He carries a deep conviction for believers to understand the Kingdom of God and their role in bringing its influence to every sphere of society. He has been married to Andrea for more than 35 years. They have three adult children and six grandchildren. |
LARRY CLINE CO-FOUNDER Born and raised in Warren, Ohio, Larry attended Youngstown State and Kent State universities. He served as a corporate trainer in ophthalmology and orthopedics for many years and has worked with surgeons and other healthcare professionals around the world. Recently, he relocated back home to Warren and carries a deep desire to see the Mahoning Valley restored and filled with hope. |
